Wednesday: Tender Care Learning Center Grand Opening Holiday Open House

The new Tender Care Learning Center will hold its grand opening with a Holiday Open House from 3 to 8 p.m. The center is located at 38 Dr. Marcus Wheatland Blvd. and is the only childcare center on the island that offers extended hour childcare from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. along with transportation to and from home or school. The Cliff Walk Commission will meet at the Newport Public Library at 6 p.m. to discuss agenda items including right of way issues, Hurricane Irene cleanup, bike rack installation, repairs, and more. Tender Care Learning Center Introduces New Administration at Open House

Meet the center’s new administrators, tour the new facilities, and learn about their programs on Wednesday, December 21 from 3 to 8 p.m.

Parents, care givers, teachers, and all members of the general public are invited to a Holiday Open House being held in celebration of the Grand Opening of the Tender Care Learning Center at 38 Marcus Wheatland Boulevard. Meet the center’s new administrators, tour the new facilities, learn about their programs and enjoy light refreshments in a festive holiday setting. The event is being held on Wednesday, December 21 from 3 to 8 p.m.  The Tender Care Learning Center (TCLC) is the only child care facility in the area offering extended hours (6:30 am to 11 pm – 7 days a week!) and transportation to and from the center from home or school.
