Ten years after Newport woman Alexandra Zapp, 30, was murdered at a Massachusetts rest stop, her mother is keeping her memory alive through The ALLY Foundation. The foundation, which works to end sexual violence across the country, has launched a fundraiser in Boston with a $300,000 goal to establish The ALLY Institute at RAND Corporation, WCVB.com reports.
