Parking Ban Issued for Friday, Feb. 8
The ban will begin Friday at noon.
The following information was released by the Newport Police Department There will be a “Parking Ban” in effect beginning FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8th, 2013 at noon until further notice due to the forecasted snow storm. Motor vehicles parked on these streets one-half hour after the public ban has been implemented may be towed to a place of storage at the owner's expense. While the parking ban applies to the above-referenced roadways, the City requests that ALL residents look for alternative off-street parking during this storm to assist the City in maintaining our roads.
