One reader painted Lulu's and would like to get in touch with the owner.
A while back, artist Christine Keating painted a streetview of the Thames Street antique shop Lulu's. She posted a photo of the painting in the Pics and Clips section asking about the owner of the shop. "I painted this years ago and thought he/she may be interested," Keating wrote. Lou Gagne owned Lulu's. She and her husband Mike lived in the Fifth Ward for many years. Mike died a few years ago, Lou in 2011. They were great people. more ›
