Patriot's Park was established in the 1970s and has recently undergone renovations. Located adjacent to the TouroMore Synagogue, Patriot's Park honors the role that Jewish citizens have played in the development of the United States. Jewish patriots from each of the original colonies are honored by a plaque surrounding a flag pole. The flag pole was made from the mast of one of the America's Cup contenders and was donated by Dr. Chartier of Newport.

Newport Congregational Church began as Patriots' Church in 1695. The church is rooted in inclusivity and fightingMore injustice.

Worship begins at 10am Sundays. Child care is available. Communion is held the first Sunday of every month.

Newport Congregational Church offers a number of activities and events throughout the year, including Visions, its annual multimedia art exhibition.

The church is led by the Revs. MaryBeth Hayes and Nan Baker.
