Hmmm . . . Fastnet. Irish cuisine? I ordered the Fish and Chips and it was not very good. It was like Mrs. Pauls Fish Sticks and McDonalds French Fries. Anyone that has ever had Fish and Chips in Ireland or England will know what I am talking about. Also, not the cleanest place. The tables were sticky and the waitresses not very responsive. I remember how great Aiden's was.

It's gotten better than Aiden's was IMO. The fish and chips are as good as you can find for under $10 in the rest of Newport. I haven't been to Ireland or England either but the owners and staff are all from there so it's doubtful you can get much more authentic than that.
