This office has the ability to turn any basic 3 step process into a 10 step nightmare. The Section 8 department in particular is mismanaged to the point of complete incompetence. There seems to be a policy of blocking any dissatisfied landlord, or tenant, from complaining or even being able to contact higher management within the organization. Most employees seem to be more concerned with doing the absolute minimum effort necessary to keep their jobs than actually solving problems and accomplishing goals.
