As a renter for the last 16 years (military), I have never experience such a horrible experience with a property management company. I agree with previous negative reviews that she does not get back with clients. Or as in our case, when she did, was extremely rude. She caters to her high end clients but has to realize, some of the non-million dollar clients are just as important if she wants to be sucessful. On numerous occasions, meetings were scheduled and never showed up. We were also lied to about amenties to the home (listings were incorrect), and were made so many promises that were not kept. And when we asked about it, we were told she didn't have time for us as our property was not worth her time. She did not make enough as the property mgr to worry about it.
I do have to say she is consistant. As she gives great care to some clients, she is consistant in horrible experiences with the same clients over and over. I would NEVER suggest Libby Kirwin Realty to any client.
