I had one of Jerrys first dogs and one of his last dogs and can tell you the dogs that are being served today are the same except they are fresher, they do get new ons in daily !!!!

I've been eating at Ben's since I was in high school and I haven't notice a difference. I have friends that have eaten there for their entire LIVES and haven't noticed a difference either...so I'm not sure why so many people are whining about it...I know people here don't like change because it scares them, but I personally haven't noticed a difference. You can't go wrong with two chili cheese dogs and a coke for under $6.00!
Bea- Ben's has never sold a 100% beef dog, and has/is always will be 100% pork & beef with no by-products, additives, fillers, and no msg or gluten. Same dog and same original recipes. Feel free to contact us personally if we can help you in any way. Peter & Mary
The originals were better. Sorry new owners. You have veered away from the best. We stopped coming because you changed things. Plus we do not think the dogs are all beef. Go back to what Ben's use to do and serve and we would come back.

I have eaten there since high school, and I say it's not the same. The grumpy guy behind the counter with the bread bags on his hands made the experience. He always looked like he needed a vacation
The new owners have my support . I eat there now and then when I work in the area. I give them a 3 star ,work on the attitude Ha Ha !
