Alex and Ani CEO Purchases Wyndham Estate for $6.8 Million

The CEO of Alex and Ani has purchased Wyndham Estate, according to GoLocalProv.com. Giovanni Feroce purchased the house for $6.8 million dollars in cash, according to the article.  

In 2012, Alex and Ani founder and creative director Carolyn Rafaelian purchased Belcourt Castle in Newport for $3.6 million after it had been on the market for three years.  

On Jan. 3, Rafaelian welcomed the CEO to the neighborhood on Twitter.

Wyndham Estate, designed by architect William Ralph Emerson, a cousin of Ralph Waldo Emerson, was built in 1890  It was built for Rose Anne Grosvenor, a philanthropist from Providence. 

Feroce, 45, plans to live on the 11.72-acre estate. He currently lives in East Greenwich, according to the Providence Journal. He plans to rename the estate to Wyndham Hill. 

The estate features seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, nine fireplaces, tiger oak hardwood and white Carera marble floors, a brand new 456,000 BTU Buderus G315 boiler, library, grand ballroom, home theatre and manmade pond with a three tier waterfall are among the unique amenities of this regal manor.
