WPRI: Video of Rogers High School Fight Surfaces

WPRI released a video a 16-year-old Rogers High School student fighting another girl on school grounds.

A 16-year-old student was March, 20, for a simple assault charge after a fight on school grounds.

An anonymous tip to Channel 12 news released a video of the attack between two students.  

According to WPRI.com, Superintendent John Ambrogi said “appropriate disciplinary action has been taken.”

After the incident, the victim reportedly told police that her attacker had been taunting her and waiting outside of her classroom over the past week. The day of the incident, the 16-year-old girl jumped her when she walked out of class, reports said.

The does not yet have a copy of the video, Lt. William Fitzgerald said.
