Newport Man Indicted for Setting Girlfriend's Clothes on Fire
Fourth-degree domestic arson and domestic vandalism charges for Adam Summerville of Newport.
A a 48-year-old Newport man today was indicted on fourth-degree domestic arson and domestic vandalism for allegedly setting his girlfriend's clothes, shoes, bench and coffee maker on fire last March.
Adam Summerville, of 15 Burnside Ave., was indicted by the Newport County Grand Jury on Friday and is due to be arraigned in Newport County Superior Court on March 6.
The incident reportedly occurred in Newport and the Newport Police Department conducted the investigation.
