Missing Newport Man Found Safe
A Silver Alert for a missing 64-year-old Newport man has been lifted.
A Newport man last seen around 8 p.m. on Monday has been found, according to a report from the Providence Journal.
A Silver Alert had been issued for William Bierce, 64, of 14 Brooks Ave., by Newport police.
Bierce was found safe at a friend's house near his home a, WPRI reports.
