loud noise from 249 park holm

I  called  the  Newport  police   department .  at  122am  on  dec  15   .  about  loud  noise  coming   .  249  park  holm  and    dispatcher   said  .  were  sending  somebody   .  well  that  never   happen   .   so   why  did   some  .  Newport  police   department   make   a  false  statement    to  me   .   or  was  they  dunkin  donut  break    ,  and  now   I  get  no  sleep    because   .  the  guy  in  249  park  holm
