Team Brick Alley To Host First Annual Beach Clean Up

Join Team Brick Alley for a beach cleanup this Tuesday!

Ahh, Easton’s Beach. One of the many pride and joys of Newport, RI. There’s nothing better than spending a relaxing day on the warm sand and swimming in the crisp ocean water.

Located at the start of Cliff Walk, it stretches along side Memorial Boulevard at about ¾ mile long. It is the home of many attractions such as the carousel, waterslide, sand castle building competitions, annual bonfire, block parties, and a get away destination for thousands of tourists each summer. However, none of these events would be enjoyable with out a clean and well kept location. It is essential to the town of Newport to keep Easton’s beach and their many other tourist attractions clean.

With an economy that thrives off of tourism, it is imperative to keep areas such as Easton’s beach spotless. Not only do clean beaches attract visitors to this very location, but they help add to the booming downtown center as well. Team Brick Alley is proud to announce its 1st annual Easton’s Beach Clean Up on Tuesday August 14.
