The Battle For Ground Zero: The Struggles to Rebuild the World Trade Center

Dec. 7th at 2 pm Urban Anthropologist and Author Elizabeth Greenspan comes to Newport Public Library to talk about her new book: The Battle For Ground Zero: the Struggles to Rebuild the World Trade Center. This is open to the public and will be in the Program Room, lower level. A Q&A with the audience will follow her remarks.
Kirkus Reviews {starred} the book and said of it "it is a must-read study". She was also interviewed on CSPAN's BookTV on August 7th. When not writing she teaches at Harvard Univ. and formerly wrote for the Atlantic Monthly magazine.
