Rocky Hill School & Trinity Repertory Company Variety Show

The first performance of the partnership between Rocky Hill School and Trinity Repertory Company will be held Friday, November 15 at 7 p.m. in the school's Campbell Center.  Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door. 

Rocky Hill School's Deckhands Theatre Company opens up the 2013-14 season opens with "Growing Up: A Dramatic Experience," a variety show featuring Middle and Upper School drama students.Trinity Repertory Company's education staff has been visiting the school Wednesday and Friday afternoons to help produce this fall variety show.  The Trinity staff has been working with Rocky Hill faculty members to provide students the pedagogical expertise needed to learn the process of theatre and to hone their craft.

Meg Myette, Rocky Hill School’s art department co-chair and choral director, is the point person at the school who has made this partnership a reality.  "The students have been working incredibly hard and this partnership has helped introduce them to a larger repertoire of performance techniques, choreography and acting styles," Myette said.
