In order to start your career, the State of Rhode Island requires you to take a Pre-Licensure Course. D.J.L. Real Estate School in conjunction with CENTURY 21 Access America Newport is offering the course on Tuesday & Thursday Nights, 6PM to 9PM, January 28, 2014 through March 18, 2014. The cost of the class is $299 with a special Early Registration Discount of $49 to $250 if your application is received and you have paid by January 15, 2014. The fee includes registration, pre-licensure course materials, state law syllabus and 45 hours of classroom instructions. The course will be held at 640 Thames St., Newport, RI.
