Author Ann Eckert Brown will share some of the research from her latest book
“Painted Rooms of Rhode Island: Colonial and Federal”, offering a sample overview
of early American interior painted decoration with Rhode Island specific
examples. Mrs. Brown has extensive hands-on experience as a practitioner and
instructor of 18th and 19th century painting techniques, a topic she has
researched for over four decades.
