Newport Cooks the Tantalizing Cuisine of Morocco

Join well known and classically trained Chef Neil Manacle, formerly of Fluke and currently working with Jake Rojas of Tallulah on Thames, for a fun hands-on evening of learning to cook a tantalizing and aromatic Moroccan 1-pot meal in a traditional clay tagine - an early cousin to the slow cooker. Chef Neil will teach us to make a Chicken and a Vegetable version of this delicious meal seasoned with Ras el hanout spices. We'll enjoy our tagine meal over Moroccan cous cous and a side dish roasted carrots seasoned with lemon and sumac. We'll also taste wines chosen by Newport Wine Cellar to compliment the meal.
