Family Fun at the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum

Museum open daily, 9:30 am
– 5 pm; Kids Activities 10 am – 3 pm, Museum Tours, 11 am & 2 pm



Discover
the history of tennis and its superstars through a diverse collection of
memorabilia, art, fashion, video and more from the 12th century
through present day. The Museum is housed within the stunning Victorian
architecture of the historic Newport Casino and surrounded by legendary grass
tennis courts. Daily activities and special events make Winter Festival a great
time to visit! Kids can do Museum scavenger hunts, play Nintendo Wii tennis on
the big screen, pose for photos in old fashion tennis costumes and with the US
Open trophy, have fun with a drawing contest, and check out cool memorabilia
from their favorite stars like Venus Williams and Roger Federer. Adults can
join in the fun and also enjoy perusing the fascinating Museum galleries.

Tennis takes practice, skill
and competition…just like the Tennis Carnival games at the Hall of Fame!  Ring Toss, Tennis Bowling and Balloon Animals
are just a few of the fun activities provided for all ages.  And like a real carnival there is a chance to
win fun prizes!



Storytelling! Friday,
February 21, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm



Award-winning storyteller
Cindy Killavey will share engaging and entertaining tales to delight audiences
of all ages– particularly youngsters with creative minds! Along with performing
at schools, libraries, and festivals from Toronto to Texas since 1985, Cindy has
also recorded books on tape and she was a finalist in the "Storyteller of
the Year" contest.
