Bus Tour of "Irish Newport"

The Annual Bus Tour of "Irish Newport," hosted by the Museum of Newport Irish History and co-sponsored by Viking Tours of Newport, will depart Hibernian Hall, 2 Wellington Avenue, at 10 a.m. Complimentary coffee and danish will be available available in the Hall at 9:30 a.m. 


The two-hour narrated tour includes stops at various sites that are connected to the history of the Irish in Newport, including:


Ochre Court
The Forty Steps on Cliff Walk
Historic Barney Street Cemetery

The tour includes an introductory visit inside the Museum’s Interpretive Center on Thames Street.

The tour is FREE, but donations are gratefully accepted.
