Resident Sticker Parking Ends Today

Resident parking resumes in May.

As of today, Oct. 1, resident sticker parking is no longer in effect. Sticker parking will resume onMay 1.

The City of Newport Residential Sticker Parking Program applies to daily restricted parking from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on designated streets, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends and holidays, including a limited number of streets as designated in the south and southeast beach areas of Newport, as well as 24-hour resident parking on Clarke Street, Corne Street, Ellwood Place, John Street, Young Street and designated sections of Charles Street, Division Street, Memorial Boulevard West and Wellington Avenue.

Meters are still in effect until Nov. 1.
