FORGE Launches New Broadcast for Rhode Island Technology and Trades School

BOSTON – FORGE Worldwide has created two new television commercials for the International Yacht Restoration School (IYRS), according to agency CEO, Harry Chapin. These are the first rollout of the new brand in broadcast for the innovative Newport, R.I.-based technology and trades school that was added to the FORGE roster in January of this year.

The two commercials are designed to increase awareness of IYRS's offerings including advanced technical training with composites and marine systems. The campaign is supported with direct response, digital and social media as well, according to Mr. Chapin. Both spots let viewers know that IYRS students can “Make Anything Possible.”

According to Chief Creative Officer, Rob Stewart, “The International Yacht Restoration School is much more than one of the world's preeminent boatbuilding schools. IYRS is a place that teaches people to become craftspeople and transform materials in a maker-world. Their programs truly help students make anything possible.”

The spots are targeted at potential students and will be running on network and cable in select markets throughout the year and into the first quarter of 2014.  NorBella, Boston, handles media planning and buying.

Creative credits belong to Executive Creative Director, Rob Stewart, Creative Director Mike Pilato, and Agency Producer Lindsay Majane.
