Monday: Living Nativity & Wakefield Concert Band
A look at what's happening in and around Newport today.
- The will present today at 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Doors open two hours prior to showtime. Tickets are $49.95 per person and include a buffet with tax and tip and the performance. There will be additional performances at the same time in December 19.
- A holiday themed will take place at the from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Anyone in grades 7 to 12 is welcome to attend this free event, and no registration is required.
- Students at the will present a tonight at 6 p.m. The public is welcome to attend this free event, and encouraged to dress appropriately and bring a flashlight as it is held outside on the hill under the stars.
- The Wakefield Concert Band will perform a to benefit the needy families of Aquidneck Island tonight at at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $10.
- The will hold 30 minute drop-in for children ages 3 to 5 at 11 a.m. The program requires no registration and includes stories, songs, and play time.
