 , And Newport's 25th Annual Winterfest to see who has what it takes to m
 ake the best Bloody.We ask that you join us to support the American Red 
 Cross as we host a Blood Drive during the competition.Cheer on your favo
 rite mixologist\, as we will have a &ldquo\;Peoples Choice&rdquo\; winne
 r! Or donate Blood and check out the creative booths!&nbsp\;RULES &amp\;
  CRITERIA- All participants must use Absolut Vodka or Absolut Flavors.&n
 bsp\;- Participants must provide enough ingredients to tantalize the tas
 te buds of judges and consumers.-You will be evaluated by both judges &a
 mp\; consumers based on Taste\, Creativity\, Presentation\, Ease of Prep
 aration\, and Team Spirit.PRIZESThere will be a grand prize valued at a 
 minimum $350.00 for our first place winners.Second place will receive a 
 pair of tickets to the Boston Red Sox.Third place will receive a $100 Gi
 ft Certificate to @ The Deck Restaurant &amp\; Bar.BLOOD DRIVE DETAILSTh
 e Blood Drive will be in a Red Cross Bus from 12pm &ndash\; 5pm in our l
