The Newport Public Library is establishing a fun group to help us expand our services to teens--the new Teen Advisory Board! Teens, if you're a fan of the library and would like to help develop programs for your peers or for younger kids, write book reviews for our website, and think of other great stuff to do at the library, this group is for you. Any teen, ages 13 to 18, is welcome to join. You can put in as much or as little time as you'd like on developing activities, volunteering, or writing book reviews. The Teen Advisory Board will meet for an hour of brainstorming every month, fueled by yummy free refreshments. Come join us--and bring a friend!
