More About One Bellevue
One Bellevue is a restaurant in the prestigious Hotel Viking at 1 Bellevue Ave. The bar is dark and refined, the tables are relaxed and the patio is beautiful. Entrees range from classic American bistro cuisine to fresh seafood. Chef Kevin Thiele won the local chili cookoff three years in a row. One Bellevue serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Hotel Viking has been open since 1926 and was the first hotel built on the island. Live Music can be heard on Friday and Saturday Nights.
