Rhody Surf specializes in teaching our future professional surfers, who will be filling the shoes of Kelly Slater and gang, the basics of surfing in a fun yet educational surf lesson on the beach starting off with our 'dry lesson' then in the ocean, catching waves. All children will be provided with a beginner-friendly BIC surfboard.
Our staff has years of experience in teaching kids the basics of surfing and know that it's safe to say kid's pick up surfing a lot faster then us adults...not to say adults don't have just as much fun! Parents may stay during the lesson or drop children off but please be on time for pick-up after coordinating with our staff as to how long and what time the lesson will be completed.
Rhody Surf, Inc understands parent's concerns about leaving children un-attended and rest assured all of our surf instructors are helpful, friendly and have clean Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI).
Surf Camp starts at 2nd Beach on July 1st. It runs daily 9 - 10:30 AM and is first, come first serve for kid's 6-18. Currently we will offer 10 slots per day so come early or sign up in advance to make sure we get your kids in the water!
