Michael Hayes Newport has been located at 204 Bellevue Ave. in the historic Traverse Building near the Tennis Hall of Fame since 1983. The store carries casual and resort wear all the way to more formal wear for men and women by a variety of designers. There is also on-site tailoring. The clothing is well displayed making it easy to choose an item and the sales staff are willing to help with making selections.
Michael Hayes has three locations: the main store on Bellevue Ave., Michael Hayes for Kids next door on Bellevue Ave. and a smaller shop on Bowen's Wharf for men and women which stays open until 10:00 pm in the summer.
