  instructor with Basic Yoga For Heart Health at 2 pm. The program is fre
 e and open to the public. Attendees are invited to wear comfortable clot
 hing and if they wish-bring your yoga mat for this fun event. Diane has 
 been interested in yoga for 16 years and in 2011 became a professional y
 oga instructor. Off the yoga mat Diane is an accountant. She and her hus
 band Glenn reside in Portsmouth.
