Public facilities include restrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, a shade pavilion, bathhouse rentals, a picnic and grill area, bike racks, first aid, pay phones, an elevator and beach wheelchairs for persons with disabilities, food concession stands and two public parking lots.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bathhouses and surfboards are also for rent daily.

Weddings and other private events can be held at Easton's Beach, which features a newly refurbished ballroom. Environmental nonprofit Save the Bay also has its Exploration Center and Aquarium housed here.

Free family concerts are held Tuesday evenings in July and August. Children's shows are held Thursday evenings during the same months. Other community events, including National Night Out and a Summer Beach Party, are also held at Easton's.

No ball playing, Frisbee throwing or kite flying is allowed on the beach at any time. Animals, flotation devices and alcohol are also prohibited.
