Norey’s is filling up the house with everything Allagash! Enjoy specialty beer from one of the world's most popular brewing companies. From limited releases to unique specialties, Allagash beer will be flowing from 14 taps at Norey’s. Chef Tyler Cullen will be creating a menu to pair with the Allagash beer and an expert from the brewery will be sharing knowledge and details about each. This is a unique and rare beer event in Newport!

Allagash brews a unique variety of traditional and experimental Belgian-style beers made with a dedication to craftsmanship and quality. All of the bottled beers at Allagash are bottle conditioned. This means that just prior to bottling a fresh dose of yeast is added, along with a measured amount of candy sugar. After bottling, the beers are moved into a temperature controlled cellar, where the yeast will actually begin a new fermentation in the bottle. This new fermentation naturally carbonates the beer, and greatly enhances the traditional Belgian character.
