Like being on the set of the movie Pitch Perfect or having a front row seat for the hit television show The Sing Off, the audience will be treated to high energy, creative, pure a cappella performances by talented groups from local colleges. Competing clubs include the defending champions, The Heightsman of Boston College, as well as newcomers The Jabberwocks of Brown University and The Boston College Acoustics.
The event will be hosted in the historic Casino Theatre, a beautiful venue that was built in 1880 as an entertainment facility for Newport's wealthy summer residents and restored to its original architectural and decorative splendor in 2010.
Tickets are $15 for general admission, $12 with a Newport Winter Festival Button, or $10 for Hall of Fame Members and students with an ID. To order tickets, please call 401-324-4072 or order on tennisfame.com.
