Today we did a few short segments detailing the preparation of The Ahi Tuna Sliders we serve at Brick Alley Pub. I always enjoy my visits with the friendly hosts and show staff, you never know who you are going to run into.

I had the pleasure of meeting Cindy Salvato of Savoring Rhode Island. Cindy conducts behind the scenes tours that include many of the establishments on historic Federal Hill in Providence. It just so happens that I received a tour for Christmas, and after meeting her I am even more excited to take it in.

It was a fun morning, but now it’s back at it. Parade Day (Sat 3/16) will be here before we know it! Brick Alley opens at 8 a.m. for breakfast. Hope to see you there. Until next time…
