Surrounded by a variety of businesses, including RaNew Salon, Wellington Square Liquors, BankNewport, and Ocean Breeze Café, the space is currently for lease by Kirby Commercial.

Actually, the subject space is a second floor office, not a retail shop. So its strictly used for offices. Besides, I would never accept a tenant that in any way would compete with another.
