According to the Newport Buzz, “a major LA casting agency” has a reality show in the works about Newport and those who embody Newport’s lifestyle.

The agency is seeking to cast “dynamic men and women 21+ with magnetic personalities to star in this new series shooting this summer in Newport 2012," the Newport Buzz reported.

Newport has seen its fair share of cameras in the past year, including Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom crews at Trinity Church and OnTheLine: Extreme Sailing shooting its trailer along Newport’s harbor.
