Sorry. But Newport Creamery. A large ice cream cone costs less than four bucks.

Newport Creamery without a doubt. Their peppermint stick ice cream is wonderful and unique!

I would have to agree that the best is Newport Creamery. great quality ice cream at a reasonable price.
