Oh look, a dark, cheaply redone condo for over $500k! What a bargain! I like the bathroom vanity from Home Depot, and the cardboard doors.

In Virginia Beach VA, or Ocean City MD, $500k buys you a view of the ocean, and viking appliances. Newport, RI is superior to both of those places, because it offers a real community and prettier natural surroundings, but still...

The prices people list in this market are ridiculous. And the funny part is that when you look at the "recent real estate transactions" you see that places sell for 30% less than what they were originally put on the market for.

This condo is in a premier building, but unfortunately its ugly as sin. Its also ugly to receive a $500.00 bill each month for a mowed lawn and salt on the steps each winter.

This place will sell for $420k, but its really probably worth more like $350k.
