The Newport fireworks display will be launched from Fort Adams and can be seen from all across Newport. 

Where do you think the best place to catch the show is? Do you prefer to watch from across the harbor, at a favorite restaurant, or are you lucky enough to have a waterfront balcony? 

According to the City, the best viewing will be anywhere along Newport Harbor, facing west.

The show is expect to start after dark, around 9:20 p.m., and will last 25 minutes. 

Public restrooms will be open at King Park, the Harbormaster’s building at Perrotti Park and at the Mary Street Parking Lot until after the fireworks are completed. Portable restrooms will be available at Storer Park, Perrotti Park and King Park.

Rain cancellations will be made after 6 p.m. The rain date will be for July 5.
