Philip W. Gray, 45, of 24 Tilden Ave., Newport, was arrested around 9:25 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, for an active warrant for failure to appearing in court.

only in rhode island do they arrest you for failure to appear in court most other states just write you another summons .Here in little rhodey the arrest you then you spend the night in the police station on a concrete slab with no pillow or blanket .Or if you got picked up on friday you end up spending the weekend in cranston ....
