Jose M. Sanchez, 21, of 536 Durfee St., Fall River, MA, was arrested aroun 7:20 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 14, for a violating a no contact order charge.

Police responded to Festival Field for the report. A woman who was there investigating a separate case came across a no contact order between Sanchez and another woman.

Both claimed the order had been vacated, but police confirmed that the order was still active.
