Newport Police Log: Newport Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct
The following is based on reports from the Newport Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Arnesto L. Sullivan, 31, of Newport, was arrested around 2:57 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 3, for a domestic disorderly conduct charge.
Police were dispatched to the address for a disorderly conduct report. Sullivan had reportedly thrown a toy train at the victim.
The woman told police the two of them had also been in a fight earlier that day.
