Newport Police Log: Man Charged with Drug Distribution
The following is based on reports from the Newport Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Brent Carter, 20, of 33 Newport Ave., Newport, was arrested around 9:41 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 1, for an active warrant for a drug distribution charge.
Carter turned himself into police on Wednesday.
The incident was reported on March 19.
