• Heather M. Almeida, 18, of 5 Hart St., Middletown, was cited around 1:49 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, for possession of alcohol by a minor.
• Pierce S. Conlin, 19, of 2 George Court, Bellport, NY, was cited around 2 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, for possession of alcohol by a minor.
• Matthew J. Weed, 22, of 144 Honeyman Ave., Middletown, was arrested around 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, for disorderly threats and weapons charges.
• Michael A. Gonsalves, 38, of 56 Ludlow Rd., Middletown, was arrested around 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, for disorderly threats and weapons charges.
• James Nelson, 43, of 23 Sunset Blvd., Newport, was arrested around 1:13 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, for a simple assault charge.
• Gianmarcos Mercedes, 20, of 24 John Chafee Blvd, Newport, was arrested around 5:35 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, for first-offense marijuana possession and an active bench warrant.
