• Edwin A. Cintron Jr., 22, of 20 Chapel St., Newport, was arrested around 10:45 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23, for an active warrant.
• Andrew W. Gaskell, 34, of 70 Carroll Ave., Newport, was arrested around 11:33 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23, for three active warrants.

Saturday

• Alex H. Hood, 26, of 23 Swallow St., Boston, MA, was cited around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, for urinating in public.
• Craig M. Costa, 44, of 72 Bedlow Ave., Newport, was arrested around 2:12 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, for an active warrant.
• Edgar R. Franco, 29, of Park St., Portsmouth, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, for a simple assault charge.
• Julie E. Nonnenmacher, 50, of 22 Juniper Dr., North Kingstown, was arrested around 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, for an active warrant.
• Stephanie B. Allan, 21, of 25 Columbia Terrace, Portsmouth, was arrested around 9:24 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, for a shoplifting charge.
• Elizabeth Folkman, 20, of Dousman, WI, was arrested around 9:39 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, for a shoplifting charge.
