The 2011 Newport Folk Festival is now a memory for the thousands who danced, sang and relaxed the weekend away at Fort Adams State Park with perfect temperatures and the bluest of skies.
For many, the festival is tradition and for many it was a new experience, but in the end fun was had by all at the sold-out show.
