That looks like $150,000 house to me .T street is used by the ambulance co to transport to newport hospital and they are allways running there siring can you immagine being woke up at 11:00 pm by that noise and what about the people that live up the street that sell drugs 2 buildings before coggshall school ?

Wrong end of Vand Zandt. 3 bedrooms in 1,200 sq/ft? They must be the size of a closet.
The price is ridiculous but that's no surprise in Newport, where people list 1 bed condo's with $500/mo hoa fees for $300k.
