This is a glorified mobile home. No way you get $300k for it. Nice neighborhood tho.
Which 1st time home buyers do you think are going to go for this?? A 30 yr fixed mortgage w/taxes and insurance is about $1,800/mo. A RI family on average takes home after taxes $3,200.00 per month.
The boston and nyc vacation home shoppers who inflate the newport market wouldn't step one foot in this place. Its going to sell for $230k max.
