Forty 1 North Hosting Exclusive Dinner Feating Chef Matt Corbett
Chef Matt Corbett, Chef de Cuisine at Todd English’s Ça Va Brasserie in New York City will join Forty 1 North for it's Guest Chef Series.
Joining an acclaimed group of culinary leaders who have been a part of Forty 1° North’s Guest Chef Series, Chef Matt Corbett, Chef de Cuisine at Todd English’s Ça Va Brasserie in New York City will travel to Newport this weekend to host an exclusive dinner event on Saturday, March 23rd.
Bringing with him over 15 years of New York restaurant experience, Chef Corbett will prepare a four-course tasting menu featuring bold, seasonal flavors accompanied by meticulously selected wines. The evening will begin with cocktails and canapés in the Gallery followed by a culinary exploration that highlights diverse ingredients such as persimmon chutney, braised pigeon and roasted monkfish.
As an added benefit for 41°N Card Holders, Chef Corbett will join the monthly card holder’s cocktail party on Friday, March 22nd where he will discuss his plans for Saturday evening’s menu over cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres.
